On Site Security:
Our site includes on site security at all times including CCTV cameras at the entrances and exits as well as a security officer who lives on site, performing patrols.
We provide storage facilities of many sizes, available immediately to rent. We also offer a purpose built plan for businesses to have facilities built specifically to their requirements.
Office Space:
We have 3 plots of established brick built office space approximately 7000 sq ft each. We offer a single office or up to 7000 sq ft available now.
Conference facility:
On site we have a detached conference facility, that is currently almost exclusively used by Sellafield nuclear fraternity. However, there is much room for improvement here and in some cases even funding to support expansion.
Storage Space:
​​​Our rents are the most competitive in the region, based on ours being £10 per sq ft plus service charge whilst the nearest competitor is £18 per sq ft plus service charge.
Conference & Seminar Hosting:
The Business Park also has the facilities to host conferences and seminars and provide refreshments and car parking.
We can organise training sessions on site with refreshments and car parking available.
